Neogen Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine

Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a huge fan of Asian skincare. The other day I found myself in search of a gentle peel and luckily, I stumbled upon the Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Wine. As usual, I read up on reviews and decided to try it out.

Product Claims

The label states these pads are easy to use, soft exfoliating pads that offer all the benefits of home peeling in on set. It provides gentle, yet effective exfoliation of dead skin cells and impurities and lifting of sagging skin, leaving skin smoother, brighter, and tighter. Additionally, each container includes 30 uses.

How to use (according to Neogen):

Gentle Side
  • After cleansing, use one gauze to gently across dry face, neck in outward motion avoiding eye area.
  • Rote and swipe the soft quilted side across the face to pick up remaining debris.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water
***Prior to rinsing, I usually leave the essence on for about 15-20 minutes after using the softer side to allow the ingredients additional time to work.***

Exfoliating side

Cost:

This peel retails for $27.00 on most sites. However, I stayed true to my Amazon Prime junkie roots and was able to find it for under $20.00.

Review Time:

I've been trying the Neogen Bio-Peel over the last couple of weeks (1-2 times/week) combined with my normal skincare routine. This peel stays true to it's claims, as it is a very gentle, yet effective peel. I also enjoyed the scent. The scent is similar to grape juice.

Overall, I was very happy with my results. Prior to using this product, my face still had minor marks from old acne scars. Those marks are totally gone. Although, I cannot say the Neogen Peel is 100% responsible considering I'm constantly testing different products, it has definitely helped. I will absolutely repurchase once I finish the container.
